Sufficient in Every Circumstance

If you require understanding and guidance, the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ (Col 2:3).

If you’re struggling financially, all the wealth of the world is His (Ps. 24:1).

When a task is beyond your ability or a trial seems unbearable, He is your strength (2 Cor. 12:9-10).

The Lord knows exactly what you should do and is willing to guide you in every situation.

– from The Hope Within by Charles F. Stanley

For any circumstance, we need to submit all our wants and needs to Jesus Christ.

It seems simple enough, but why is this such a difficult task for us to do?

Quite possibly because we think we can handle the situation on our own.

The truth is He is better equipped to handle our baggage than we are furthermore he delights in carrying our burdens.

He says, ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door will be opened for you.  (Matthew 7:7)

It’s never to late to start.  In fact, we should do so without ceasing.
