30 Days of Gratitude – Day 8

Today I am grateful for any semblance of good health that I have.  I do want to incorporate more exercise into my routine rather than the 2x a week that I currently do; more juicing, less chicken, more vegetables, more water, a few vital supplements like probiotics, multi-vitamin, etc.  Consistency is key though and that’s my biggest issue.  The good thing is that I’m working on doing better.
